Introducing yet another new cookery class for 2018! Based on John and Emily's favourite holidays to Sicily, learn how to make a variety of authentic Italian dishes to wow your dinner guests: fresh, flavoursome and full of Italian sea-faring culture.
Fusing our most popular cookery classes of Italian, Italian pasta-making and our classic Fish and Seafood cooking course, we introduce Sicilian Seafood.
Get to grips with seafood preparation, and how to make delicious, inspiring dishes from the favourite Italian Seafood classics to the more traditional Sicilian fare.
As with all our Italian classes, we love a good dessert, these finishing treats are simple but oh-so-moreish.
- Bruschetta Pomodoro
- Zuppe di Cozze (Mussels with tomato, garlic and parsley)
- Linguine a la mare (Linguine with prawns and squid)
- Stuffed sole with pine nut, mint and pistachio served with leaf salad and red wine vinaigrette
- Baked peaches with mascarpone and amaretto
Like all our London hands-on cookery classes, our Sicilian Seafood cooking courses include all food, equipment, and unlimited specially selected red and white wine and soft drinks.
