With Southern Indian ingredients readily available in London, this cooking style is surprisingly simple to master.
Predominantly vegetarian, but with some chicken, fish & seafood for good measure, we’ll teach you Southern Indian cooking with all its characteristic flavours of coconut, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
Grind your own spices and create a table full of treats to share together in a Southern Indian tapas style feast including our fabulous and fun to make spinach vadai savoury doughnuts.
