- Oven roasted cod loin in a fennel broth
- Steamed grey mullet wrapped in leaves with seasonal vegetables and baby potatoes

As much as people love fish, many of us lack the confidence to deal with both the preparation required and the best techniques for cooking it.

Our half day class is designed for those who are happy buying filleted and prepared fish and seafood but would like to gain more confidence in cooking the actual dishes.  We will teach you three simple but delicious ways to cook and serve fish and seafood, including how to pan fry, steam and oven roast.

Our full day class is for those who wish to explore the more technical side of things including cleaning, preparing and filleting fish.  Let us show you how to choose the freshest fish from your local fish market, fillet it with expertise and create delicious fish and seafood recipes step by step - always guided by our friendly expert teachers.
