Tale of Two Continents (6 Part Series)
Cook like you’ve traveled the world without even leaving London. We’re thrilled to offer our six-week series taking you on a culinary journey across two continents. Explore the cuisines of the Mediterranean and Southern Asia, exploring time-honoured traditions and new culinary trends that make these cuisines so popular. We’ll show you how to cook authentic dishes using local techniques the finest ingredients. We’ve been inspired through our travels and want to inspire you too! Every class is taught in the lovely Food at 52 kitchen where everyone gets hands on.
Our hands-on classes include all food, equipment, and free flowing specially selected red and white wine and soft drinks. You will cook around our oak banquet table, followed by enjoying your feast together, finished with tea and coffee.
Buy one class for £115, a series of three for £315, or all 6 for £600.
Taste of Asia 3.5 hour classes:
Southern Indian, Thai and Vietnamese - weekdays 18.30 - 22.00 or some weekends 17.00-20.30
Taste of Mediterranean 3.5 hour classes:
Moroccan, Italian and Spanish - 18.30 - weekdays 18.30 - 22.00 or some weekends 17.00-20.30
As there is a choice of dates (you can find these on the website typically Monday or Friday evenings or some Sunday afternoons), please say when booking which dates you would like to take, they can be taken in any order.
