In the Kitchen Basics course work with us and watch your skills develop over 3 classes. Then move on to our Kitchen Confidence course where you'll learn to master expert techniques and build on your existing knowledge. You’ll cover indulgent deserts and bold side dishes that will compliment impressive mains and make for epic menus.

By the end of the 6 week series you’ll know what expert cuisine looks and tastes like and walk away with the confidence to tackle any dish, big or small.

Having several weeks allows you to build a fun camaraderie with fellow cookery students. It is one of our most sociable courses, as you build up skills and pride in your group and individual accomplishments supporting each other along your journey. Take the advantage of being able to practise recipes at home and return to quiz the professional chefs to continually perfect your technique. 

Beginner and advanced cookery classes are also available to buy individually or as a discounted package. Classes can stand alone, but are best done in order also the techniques build upon one another.
