Thanks for a fun 2014!

The end of the year is almost here and we want to thanks those who have made our year so special - and in our case that’s YOU!

From all of us at Food at 52 we would like to say a HUGE thank you for being amazing and helping our cookery school reach it’s seventh successful year – a big leap from our humble beginnings at Emily and John’s home!

Whether you are a loyal guest who joins in our public courses with passion and enthusiasm, or are part of a corporate team building event, a journalist or blogger who has attended various PR events, product launches or supper clubs; we thank you all! Without you, we wouldn’t be here doing what we love: creating memorable events and sharing the joy of great food and company!

Here’s a quick run down of some of our highlights over the past year:

Getting recognition from Looking to Cook 2014 Cookery Awards for our fabulous sell out Fish & Seafood day course. A lovely review was written here.

Starting Kitchen Basics and Kitchen Confidence, a 6 part series we are continuing in January after it’s great success and feedback.

Our new website and blog which launched in November! We’re looking forward to filling this with lots of news, insider tips and stories of the Food at 52 family!

A great series of corporate team building events and venue hire, culminating in a crescendo of Christmas parties! We love people coming to public classes and bringing their corporate teams back for a fun team activity. Green and Blacks did a beautiful series of videos in our kitchen with our Heleni as the designated hand model. See the clips here: chocolate librarybrowniesfondants for some all year round indulgence!

We’ve had a few hellos and goodbyes.

  • A sad goodbye to Sage, Jessica and Josie.
  • Congratulations to Sage on his wedding, good luck to Jess with her travels and we’re delighted for Josie in her new fabulous role.
  • An excited hello to Natasha, Rachel, Stuart and Krysia!

We’re really looking forward to our plans for 2015!

We’ve listened to your comments and have created even more brand new courses:

Remember its not too late for Christmas presents, you can buy specific courses or if you’re not quite sure, then Gift cards make a great present as they are valid for 12 months and can be put towards any class or course.

We hope to see you soon. Until then, we’d like to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2015!

Much love,

Emily, John, Natasha, Stuart, Rachel, Krysia, Heleni and Roxy the dog! x
