Can't thank you enough for what was an eye opening experience that would titillate even the most dormant taste buds, and hope when I get the chance will be able to do your recipes justice. Took the leftover pate down to Brick Lane straight after the course and was offering it to anybody willing. Told them all about the course and gave it the best recommendation I could.
