Emily and John were delighted to be invited to the Riverford cook book launch of “autumn and winter cooking with a veg box” - the companion to their spring and summer veg box book. They were warmly welcomed into the cosy Duke of Cambridge, Islington pub, by John’s niece, Emily, who has recently joined Riverford’s PR department (pictured below with John).
You know you’ve entered into the depths of organic heaven when you’re welcomed to the evening with novel carrot prosecco!
John’s favourite canapé of the night was a surprisingly good vegetarian scotch egg with an authentic flavour, centred with an oozing medium-soft egg.
