Midway through Mid Week Seasonal Suppers

Coming from a busy family where there’s so much to coordinate with two active girls, we launched our Mid Week Seasonal Suppers in response to a demand for inspiration for those busy mid week evenings. We created five simple dishes that match the seasons and can be easily made in around 30 minutes.

So far our inaugural Winter session kicked off with hearty Tuscan bean soup and baked cod with chorizo. Spring followed with colourful array of dishes including prawn laksa and Moroccan lamb koftas with harissa yoghurt dip.
